Kids don't have an on/off switch...
Often when I work with kids, especially those with executive function difficulties, they struggle to modulate their attention, emotions and behaviors.
In this video, I demonstrate a fun mindfulness practice that will help kids identify and activate their different zones of regulation.
This engaging practice can be easily incorporated into your work with kids and teens to help them get in tune with their body as well as identify and shift the gears of their 鈥渟illiness鈥 at school, home and daily life.
Enjoy the video,
Christopher Willard, Psy.D.
