Rewire the Anxious Brain

Don't approach treatment with one hand tied behind your back!

Catherine Pittman, PH.D., HSPP

Anxiety disorders are some of the most common difficulties we deal with as therapist, but most of us are approaching treatment with one hand tied behind our back.

That's because it can be difficult to understand how to apply what neuroscience has taught us about the two different pathways in the brain that give rise to anxiety.

As a result, I created an easy to use assessment tool that identifies 7 common thought patterns that cause our clients to experience panic, worry, nausea and pounding hearts.
